The
purpose and goal of the GRCCNY is to encourage and promote quality
in the breeding of Golden Retrievers and to do all possible to bring
their natural qualities to perfection; to urge members and breeders
to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American
Kennel Club, to do all in its power to protect and advance the
interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike conduct at all
Dog Shows and Performance Tests and Trials operated under the rules
and regulations of the American Kennel Club and the Golden Retriever
Club of America. To conduct Dog Shows and Performance Tests
and Trials under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel
Club and the Golden Retriever Club of America & to provide
Public Education services to the general public relative to the
breed and breeding, and its care and training needs. |
