The expectations of all who attended at the SOTC facility in Syracuse on September 8 & 9 were exceeded - and they came from as far as Canada to the north, Albany to the east, Delaware to the south. Janine Fiorito impressed us with not just her knowledge, but also her ability to convey it to others.

The bonus in getting to know her is she's just a terrific Golden person to boot. Thank you again, Janine, for a wonderful weekend!
